According to an official announcement from the Ministry of Finance, the deadline for filing the Individual Income Tax Return for the year 2022, along with the payment of any outstanding taxes or contributions as indicated in the return, has been extended until October 31, 2023.
Please be reminded that the requirement to submit the 2022 Personal Income Statement applies to Employees, Retirees, and Self-Employed individuals whose gross total income in 2022 exceeds €19,500.
The submission of the Declaration is carried out ONLY electronically through the TAXISnet. In the event that any tax obligations arise from the tax declaration, they will be automatically transferred to the Tax Portal.
