Annual Levy abolished from 2024 and onwards

The Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property announces that according to the Companies (Amendment) Law 2024, Law No. 25(I)/2024, which was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic on March 15, 2024, the annual fee of companies registered in the Registrar of Companies is abolished from 2024 onwards. The annual fees for the years 2011-2023 continue to apply.

According to the Amending Law 2024, Law No. 25(I)/2024, dated March 15, 2024, for those companies for which the annual fee for 2024 has already been paid, a refund of fees will be made as follows:

  • For online payments made through JCC, the additional amount will be refunded directly to the card used for payment, without any further action required by the applicant.
  • For payments made at the Treasury of the Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property, the additional amount will be refunded to the applicant’s bank account after the submission of Form KE1, the payment receipt, along with the authorization form for payments from FIMAS, accompanied by a photocopy of the statement of the bank account to be credited, as described in the Authorization Form.
